- From I-395 northbound, take
exit 14. Turn right at the light on West Town Street. Make an almost immediate left on Case Street (before Dime Bank and
Friendly's restaurant. The Case Street medical building is on your left.
- From I-395 southbound, take Exit 14. Turn left
on West Town Street. After going under the I-395 overpass, make a left on Case Street. The Case Street medical building is on
your left.
- From Route 32 South from Willimantic, continue onto West Town Street (don't get on the highway/Route 2).
After passing under the I-395 overpass, turn left onto Case Street. The Case Street medical building is on
your left.
- From the town of Norwich, follow West Town Street westbound until you see Friendly's restaurant on your right.
Turn right after Dime Bank on Case Street. The Case Street medical building is on your left.

Poquonnock Road.
- From I-95 eastbound, take Exit 85 after the Gold Star Bridge. Continue on Long Hill Road (it will become
Poquonnock Road). The Big Y Plaza will be on your right. Do not enter the plaza. Continue on Poquonnock Road and you will see
us on the right.
- From I-95 westbound, take Exit 88 and turn left at the light. Follow Rt. 117 south to Poquonnock Road.
Turn right on Poquonnock Road. You will see Groton Eye Center on the left. We are co-located with Groton Eye Center.

- From Route 6 Eastbound, turn onto Route 12 toward downtown Danielson, then right
onto Water Street. You will bear left onto Franklin Street, then right onto Green Hollow Road. Our office is on your right.
- From I-395 Northbound, take Exit 37 and head West on Route 6. Turn onto Route 12 toward downtown Danielson, then right
onto Water Street. You will bear left onto Franklin Street, then right onto Green Hollow Road. Our office is on your right.
- From I-395 Southbound, take Exit 38 and go straight on Gauthier Avenue. Turn right on Killingly Drive and left on
Broad Street. Broad Street becomes Green Hollow Road if you keep going straight. Our office is on the right.

- From I-95 Westbound, take Exit 81 and turn left
on the Parkway N access road. Turn right on Cross Road. The surgery center will be on your left.
- From I-95 Eastbound, take Exit 81 and turn left on Waterford Parkway S. Turn left on Cross Road. The surgery center
will be on your left.
- From I-395 Northbound or Southbound, take Exit 2 and head east on Route 85. Turn right on Cross
Road. The surgery center will be on your right.
- From Route 85 (Hartford Turnpike) Westbound, turn left on Cross Road,
about a mile after the Crystal Mall. The surgery center is on your right after about a half mile.
